Big Country Organic Brewing Company is a fair wage facility. When you close your tab, you will not find an option to leave a tip. You will instead see a service fee on all service items (drinks and food) not merchandise or tax. This fee allows us to provide a living wage above industry standard, paid vacation, sick leave, and health benefits to all employees from bartenders, dishwashers, cooks to brewers. We sincerely appreciate your business and thank you for helping make Big Country a great place to work.
Like beer? Well…yeah. We have 16 taps filled with staples and seasonals. Light to dark, crystal to hazy, and plenty in between.
Like hard seltzer? Sweet! We have our signature four organic flavors on tap too: Blackberry Grapefruit, Prickly Pear Peach, Watermelon Pineapple, and Passionfruit Kiwi. Plus, our Pickle seltzer is a must-try taproom exclusive.
BEERS ON TAPBurgers? The best in town. Don’t believe us? Try one.
Wings? Sure thing, get ‘em by the half or by the dozen. Down to challenge your resolve? Give the ghost pepper a go.
Brats? The “wurst” you’ve ever had. Slap on some kraut and creole mustard for a real treat.
Tacos? Si! Chicken, fish, or beef. Get in here and grab a few!
Truffle garnished mac n’ cheese? No.
